According to Air China, during the summer season, Air China's international and regional routes will be restored to more than 90% of 2019 levels; the daily domestic flight volume will reach 1444 flights, a year-on-year increase of 39.2% in 2019. Zhao Li, Vice General Manager of North China Marketing Center of Air China Business Committee, introduced that in response to the hotspots of outbound tourism during the summer season, Air China will increase the investment in international route capacity, operate the Beijing-Dhaka, Chengdu-Milan routes, resume the Shanghai-Barcelona route, and add 13 international flight routes such as Beijing-Copenhagen and Chengdu-Singapore, among others. At that time, Air China's international and regional routes will be restored to more than 90% of 2019 levels, reaching 114, covering 43 countries and regions in six continents. Air China also cooperates with member airlines of Star Alliance to expand the route network to nearly 1,200 destinations worldwide. (Beijing Business Daily)
