The Ministry of Natural Resources is working with relevant departments to study policies on how to activate and make use of land that has been allocated but not yet developed, supporting local governments in reclaiming and purchasing idle land. In terms of the funds for land acquisitions, the Ministry of Natural Resources plans to provide funding support to local governments through special bonds.
