Sichuan Meifeng Chemical Industry, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meifeng Industrial Development and Construction Co., Ltd., has disclosed the progress of the 'Meifeng Jingtaiyuan' real estate project. Currently, the main construction and interior and exterior decoration of the project, the community gate, elevator installation, and wall construction have been basically completed. Electrical, water and gas installation and overall landscaping are in progress and are expected to enter the final acceptance stage in August. As of now, the project has accumulated an investment of 698 million yuan, completing 66% of the planned total investment. Since the pre-sale of the project, 714 sets of commodity housing and 1437 square meters of commercial housing have been sold, with a total sales value of 733 million yuan. The project is planned to be delivered in batches by the end of 2024. This project is developed by the company on its own land in order to activate existing assets and enhance profitability.
