According to the latest report by Canalys, mainland China is the market with the strongest AI interest out of the top three global smart phone markets - China, India and the United States. In these three markets, consumers with 'high' to 'extreme' AI interest accounted for the highest proportion, reaching 31% and 12%, respectively, with only 1% of consumers having no interest in AI. Mainland Chinese consumers have demonstrated a more open attitude towards new technologies in the survey, and manufacturers' investment in AI consumer education and marketing in mainland China have contributed to the cultivation of a better soil for the development of AI smartphones in the mainland Chinese market.
