Hiecise Precision Equipment (300809) announced on the evening of June 20th that the controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhao Zeming signed the "Share Transfer Agreement of Hiecise Precision Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd." with Mountain Song Aoyi No. 2 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund (referred to as "Mountain Song Aoyi"). Zhao Zeming plans to transfer his holding of 12.6088 million unrestricted shares of the company to Mountain Song Aoyi by way of the agreement, accounting for 5% of the total share capital of the company. This agreement transfer will not lead to a change in the control of the listed company, nor will it lead to changes in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the listed company. It will not have a significant adverse effect on the company's governance structure and continuous production and operation.
