In order to guide the healthy development of the industry, we will take the following measures: First, we must consolidate the domestic market for new installed photovoltaic power generation. We will insist on putting equal emphasis on centralized and distributed development. On the one hand, we will strengthen the construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases focusing on the desert, Gobi, and desert regions; on the other hand, we will steadily implement the “Thousands of Households Bathing in Light Campaign” and vigorously develop distributed photovoltaic power generation. At the same time, we also need to speed up the construction of new energy infrastructure networks and improve the power grid's ability to accept, allocate and control new energy power generation, including photovoltaics. Second, we will strengthen multi-departmental coordination to standardize the order of the photovoltaic power generation industry. We will work with relevant departments to organize industry associations to publish information on industry scale, capacity utilization rate and market demand in due course, to reasonably guide the construction and release of upstream photovoltaic production capacity, avoid repeated construction of low-end production capacity, and strive to create a favorable market environment. Finally, we must continue to improve our ability to innovate photovoltaic technology. Together with relevant departments, we will continue to strengthen the PV industry standard system, strengthen standards innovation leadership, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
