Breakings ·  Jun 19 09:33

The STAR market recently celebrated its fifth anniversary. On June 19th, the chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), Yi Huiman, announced at the Lujiazui Forum that the CSRC will launch eight new measures for the STAR market. This marks a new wave of reforms for the STAR market; over the past five years, the reforms of the STAR market and the registration-based system have yielded significant results. The new measures will further highlight the emphasis on "hard technology" in the STAR market, and improve the institutional mechanisms for the issuance and underwriting, mergers and acquisitions, stock-based incentives, and trading, in order to better serve technological innovation and the development of new production forces.
