Previously, V V Food & Beverage issued an announcement on the evening of June 13th, stating that it recently received a "Notice of Taxation Item (Notification of Adjusted Taxable Amount)" from the Taxation Bureau of Development Zone in Zhijiang City, National Taxation Bureau. As of June 4, 2024, Zhijiang Brewery did not declare and pay taxes for consumption tax from January 1, 1994 to October 31, 2009 in accordance with the prescribed deadline. Based on investigation and verification results, the Taxation Bureau of Development Zone in Zhijiang City, National Taxation Bureau has adjusted Zhijiang Brewery's payable tax fees, including 78.3529 million yuan of consumption tax, 5.1277 million yuan of urban maintenance and construction tax, and 1.5222 million yuan of education fee surcharge, totaling 85.0029 million yuan.
