On June 18, Zhongfu Shenying announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from the company's independent director, Sun Zhengming. Due to personal reasons, Sun Zhengming requested to resign from the position of independent director of the second board of directors of the company, and also resigned from the position of convener of the second board of directors nomination committee and member of the board of directors' strategic and ESG committee for the second term of the board of directors. After resigning, Sun Zhengming no longer holds any position in the company, and the above positions were originally scheduled to be held until the expiration of the second board of directors. As of the date of the announcement, Sun Zhengming did not hold any shares in the company, and there were no unfulfilled commitments. Sun Zhengming is a nationally recruited expert and has served as an assistant research fellow at the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a visiting researcher at the University of Vienna, a chief researcher and assistant director of the International Department at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan, and the dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Southeast University. He is currently the secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Southeast University.
