According to the public account of 'Nam Cheong Housing Provident Fund', in order to implement the 'Recognition of Houses, Not Loans' policy promoted by relevant ministries and commissions of the state, the center will optimize the criteria for determining the number of housing units for housing provident fund loans, as follows: 1. If the borrower and co-borrower purchase the only housing in the place where the house is located, the policy of the first housing loan with housing provident fund shall be implemented; if the second housing is purchased, the policy of the second housing loan with housing provident fund shall be implemented. 2. No more housing provident fund loans will be granted to borrowers and co-borrowers who have purchased three or more houses, as well as borrowers and co-borrowers who have used personal housing provident fund loans for two or more times throughout the country. 3. The number of housing units shall be determined according to the information issued by the real estate registration department where the house is located. The new policy will be implemented from July 1, 2024 (inclusive).
