Focus on key areas such as integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, biomedical and Shanghai's key industry cluster stability chain and strong chain, explore innovative service channels, provide comprehensive supply chain finance services in all respects, realize the integrated development of industry, technology and supply chain finance, comprehensively enhance the ability of the entire chain of financial service industry, and explore new models of development of industrial chain, supply chain and capital chain linkage. By the end of 2025, the supply chain financial services for Shanghai's leading enterprises, "chain owners" enterprises, and important industry chain will be fully covered, and the financing needs of small and micro upstream and downstream enterprises will be fully satisfied. The supply chain financial services will be significantly optimized, and the risk control level will be significantly improved.
