During 618, Cainiao announces a major upgrade to its USA route, launching a "5-day Delivery" service. Under the terms of the service, if the delivery package fails to reach the consumer within the promised 5 working days, Cainiao can compensate the consumer's account with a maximum of CNY 50. Cainiao can accept packages from various e-commerce platforms and supports one-click consolidation and forwarding to overseas destinations.
