国产量子计算用温度计新进展:可测温度接近绝对零度

New developments in domestic quantum computing thermometers: measurable temperature close to absolute zero

Breakings ·  Jun 16 16:28
The reporter learned from the Anhui Quantum Information Engineering Technology Research Center that Guodun Quantum has independently developed a high-performance anti-interference ruthenium oxide thermometer. The starting temperature of the product is close to 6 millikelvin (mK), setting a new domestic record. A ruthenium oxide thermometer is one of the core components of quantum computers and can be used to measure the temperature of the working environment of quantum chips. Wang Zhehui, deputy director of the Anhui Quantum Information Engineering Technology Research Center, said that the successful development of the National Shield Quantum Ruthenium Oxide Thermometer will further enhance the autonomous and controllable capabilities of China's superconducting quantum computing industry chain. Little K note: Kelvin is the thermodynamic temperature scale. 0 kelvin is known as “absolute zero” (about minus 273.15 ℃), which is the lowest thermodynamic temperature limit that can be achieved in theory.
