It has been decided to establish Jiangxi Rural Commercial Cooperative Bank Limited Company based on Jiangxi Province Credit Cooperative Union, and authorized the working group for the establishment of Jiangxi Rural Commercial Cooperative Bank Limited Company to organize and carry out the establishment work. After the establishment of Jiangxi Rural Commercial Cooperative Bank, the business, assets, and rights and obligations of debt of the original Jiangxi Province Credit Cooperative Union will be taken over by Jiangxi Rural Commercial Cooperative Bank. According to the official website of Jiangxi Province Credit Cooperative Union, there are currently 86 legal entities, 2,300 branches and 25,000 employees in Jiangxi Rural Commercial Bank.
