The Chongqing Development Investment Co. should accelerate strategic cooperation with Dima Holdings, and conduct pragmatic research to promote the restructuring of assets, debts, and equity of Dima Holdings, and deepen business cooperation in intelligent security, urban renewal, and other areas. CR Yu Kang, as the largest shareholder of East Silver Group's pledged stock rights, expressed full support for the restructuring of East Silver Group and Dima Holdings, and supported the business deepening cooperation of Dima Holdings in urban renewal and asset revitalization. East Silver Group stated that it will further increase the deployment of funds and increase shareholding to fully maintain the main body position of the listed company.
