According to Shanghai Electric, the first domestic 20,000 tons/year special graphite impregnation production line project contracted by Shanghai Boiler Plant Co., Ltd. has passed the acceptance inspection and entered into full load. It is understood that special graphite, as a key material for nuclear and semiconductor industries, its localization is of great significance. In the field of nuclear energy, it is widely used in neutron moderator, reflection material and high temperature gas-cooled pile spherical and block graphite, which is the foundation for ensuring the safety and efficient utilization of nuclear energy. In the semiconductor industry, high-purity graphite is the core component of the direct pulling monocrystalline furnace heating system and an indispensable auxiliary tool in silicon wafer processing, directly affecting the performance and cost of semiconductor devices.
