In the past year, Great Wall Life has continuously increased its investment in equity assets. Including Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway, Great Wall Life currently holds equity shares in more than 7 listed companies at home and abroad with a stake exceeding 5% of the company's issued shares. Among them, 6 companies completed their bids within 1 year, and 4 completed their bids within 2024, mainly focused on the public utility sector. On May 16 of this year, Great Wall Life also completed bids for Jiangsu Jiangnan Water and City Development Environment, stating that the equity changes were based on the insurance company's own allocation needs and the value of listed companies for long-term investments. In January of this year, Great Wall Life completed a bid for Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank. In June last year, Great Wall Life synchronized its bids for Zhejiang Communications Technology and Henan Zhongyuan Expressway with two listed companies in the same industry as Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway. The latest announcement shows that Great Wall Life's holdings in Financial Street Holdings, Zhejiang Communications Technology, Henan Zhongyuan Expressway, and Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank have all exceeded 5%. Among them, the holding ratio of Henan Zhongyuan Expressway has reached 9.13%, approaching the second bidding threshold.
