CITIC Offshore Helicopter has announced that the group standard "Technical Requirements for Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) Aircraft Landing and Takeoff Sites" compiled by CITIC Offshore Helicopter for the China Civil Airports Association has been officially released recently and will be implemented from June 22, 2024. As an important component of low-altitude flight infrastructure, there are currently no relevant standards for eVTOL landing sites in China, and there is a lack of relative standardization documents to guide its standardized and scaled construction. As a leading company in the domestic low-altitude economy sector, CITIC Offshore Helicopter has already built four A1 general aviation airports and multiple vertical takeoff and landing sites, and is leading key projects such as the planning, design, and research of the Shenzhen Bay Port One-Stop Inspection Helicopter Airport.
