CITIC SEC stated that the increase of new energy penetration rate impacts the safety of electrical energy usage. Demand for supporting and adjusting power sources is increasing in the electrical systems. The flexible regulation advantage of gas-fired power generation is significant. It is expected to play a bridging role in supporting the steady development of new energy. Under the reality pressure, the approval of projects is accelerating, and the gas-fired power generation boom cycle is opening - cross-validation of multi-dimensional information such as increased approved and installed projects, downstream under-construction projects, and leading equipment enterprises expanding production. At the same time, under the background of diversified import sources of natural gas, the decrease in natural gas prices stimulates short-to-medium-term installed capacity demand. Power market reform paves the way for long-term development, and this round of gas turbine boom has a support for sustainability. We suggest focusing on the localization of the gas turbine industry chain and whole machine and core components enterprises.
