The project is expected to have a total investment of approximately 1 billion yuan, a land area of approximately 160 acres, and a planned construction area of approximately 180,000 square meters. The company has promised that the annual taxable sales after the project is completed will be no less than 1.5 billion yuan, and the tax revenue will be no less than 150 million yuan. The project has not yet been launched and will not have a significant impact on the performance in 2024.
