Kangwei Century announced that the expected usable time of one of the company's investment projects, the "Medical Instruments and Biological Detection Reagent Industrialization Project", has been extended from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The relevant office building of the project has been completed and occupied, the relevant factory building has been constructed, and the main production equipment, testing equipment, and eco-friendly concepts devices have been basically installed and debugged in place. Given that some equipment is still in the procurement process and there are some unsettled payment issues, combined with the actual construction situation and investment progress of the project, the company has decided to adjust the time for reaching the predetermined usable state of the project. Kangwei Century also disclosed the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan (draft), which plans to grant restricted stocks of 3.689 million shares, accounting for approximately 3.28% of the company's current total share capital to incentive object totals 185 persons.
