On the evening of June 7th, NetEase Cloud Music issued an apology statement regarding the display problems of Huachenyu's music album USB version "Hope" on the big screens of Wanda Plazas in multiple cities. After confirming with Wanda Plazas, the reason for the problem was attributed to technical issues with the display system of some big screens in the Plazas, which caused a delay in the release; at the same time, some of the big screens had temporary repairs, which resulted in failure to display at the scheduled time. After emergency inspection and repair, of the originally scheduled 12 cities and 31 big screens, 28 screens in 10 cities had completed the content display as planned on the same day. The Wanda Plazas in Chongqing Nanping, Beijing Huaifang, and Chengdu Wuhou were under repairs due to malfunctions and were unable to display normally. NetEase Cloud Music stated that in order to make up for this mistake, they had reached an agreement with Wanda Plazas to provide additional promotional resources within their platform, expand the area of big screen displays, and increase offline promotional resources for three concerts, as well as additional offline big screen displays throughout the year. NetEase Cloud Music also stated that for all of Huachenyu's concerts in 2024, Wanda Plazas will provide offline big screen displays (subject to authorization).
