Minsheng Bank announced that the bank's staff representative assembly elected Long Ping as the bank's staff supervisor. The Minsheng Bank Supervisory Board hereby confirms that Long Ping will serve as the staff supervisor from June 7, 2024. The relevant compensation for Long Ping as the staff supervisor of the bank will be determined in accordance with the "Compensation System for Directors and Supervisors of China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd." Meanwhile, Long Ping also receives corresponding compensation based on his position in the bank, mainly including salary, bonuses, unit payments of various social insurance, housing provident fund and pension for enterprise employees. According to his resume, Long Ping was born in 1971 and graduated from the School of Economics and Management at Beijing Jiaotong University with a master's degree in business administration. He currently serves as the General Manager of the Audit Department of Minsheng Bank. Long Ping joined the bank in 1997 and has successively served as the Director of the General Accounting and Settlement Department of the head office, the General Manager Assistant of the Accounting and Settlement Department, the General Manager Assistant of the Operations and Management Department, the Deputy General Manager of the Operations and Management Department, the Deputy General Manager (in charge of work) of the Operations and Management Department, the General Manager of the Operations and Management Department, and the General Manager of the Audit Department. Long Ping also served as a foreign exchange accountant at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shenzhen Branch from July 1992 to 1997.
