Recently, Beijing Bochao has completed the industrial and commercial changes related to equity transfer registration procedures and obtained the Business License issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Haidian District, Beijing. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Beijing Bochao has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures in accordance with the Equity Transfer Agreement, and the company holds 100% of the equity of Beijing Bochao directly, making Beijing Bochao a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
