Chongqing Port Announcement: The company has signed a "Joint Venture and Cooperation Agreement" with Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings to jointly build a grain and oil distribution and transfer center radiating to the southwest. According to the agreement, the estimated total investment of the grain and oil terminal reconstruction project is about 250 million yuan, which will be fully borne by Chongqing Port. The two parties will jointly establish a joint venture company, in which Chongqing Port holds 60% of the shares and Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings holds 40%, and the registered capital will be increased to 150 million yuan. The joint venture company will be responsible for the operation of the grain and oil terminal. After the completion and acceptance of the terminal, Yihai Kerry Arawana will conduct due diligence, and the two parties will jointly engage a third-party evaluation institution to evaluate the assets of the terminal and transfer the transaction amount to the joint venture company based on the evaluation results.
