On Wednesday, June 5th, ASML Holding (ASML) rose 9.5%, and the Amplify Seymour Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) rose 10.23% to $70.17, reaching a new closing high for the second consecutive trading day. (MRVL) all rose between 5.47% and 5.15%. The Penghua Guozheng Semiconductor Chip ETF (159995.SZ) rose 4.87%, and the semiconductor sector ETF (XSD) rose 4.37%. Super Micro Computer, Inc. (SMCI) surged more than 4%. Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD), Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (LSCC), Metamaterial Inc. (MMAT), Qualcomm Incorporated (QCOM), NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NXPI), STMicroelectronics N.V. (STM) ADR, Intel Corporation (INTC) all rose at least 2.5%, while Silvaco, Inc. (SILV) fell 4.78%, making it one of the few chip stocks that fell.
