Hongxin Jianfa (09930.HK) announced that, after the resolution item 2 was passed at the anniversary meeting of shareholders, the stock option plan has been approved and adopted by the shareholders. However, the new shares related to the exercise of the options according to the terms of the stock option plan will only be issued by the company for listing and trading after approval by the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On the day of the shareholders' annual meeting, the total number of shares issued by the company was 3.197 billion shares, and therefore the authorized limit of the stock option plan was 1.5% of the total number of shares issued by the company on the day when the stock option plan was approved and adopted by the shareholders, namely, 47.9587 million shares.
