China Telecom Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. and China Telecom Artificial Intelligence Research Institute announced the launch of a new short message service for China Telecom users equipped with the self-developed Star Big Model - Star Smart Answer, which will provide the big model service through an SMS channel. Currently, Star Smart Answer has abilities such as language understanding, text generation, knowledge question-and-answer, and logical reasoning.
