Jida Communications announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase some common A shares through centralized bidding for subsequent implementation of equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The total repurchase capital is no more than 60 million yuan and no less than 30 million yuan, and the repurchase price is no more than 10.79 yuan/share. The estimated number of shares to be repurchased is approximately 5.567 million shares to 2.784 million shares, accounting for about 2.04% to 1.02% of the company's total share capital. The specific repurchase amount and quantity are based on actual use of capital and repurchase of shares. The repurchase period is not more than 12 months.
