The data shows that from January to May 2024, the total sales of TOP100 real estate companies was 1618.45 billion yuan, a year-on-year decline but the decline continued to narrow compared to the previous month. Judging from monthly sales data, TOP100 real estate companies' monthly sales increased 4.95% month-on-month in May. According to monitoring data, from January to May 2024, there were 33 enterprises with an average sales value of 36.95 billion yuan or more. There are 7 enterprises in the first group (over 50 billion yuan), with average sales of 93.94 billion yuan, of which Poly Development ranked first with sales of 131.3 billion yuan; Zhonghai Real Estate ranked second with sales of 101.7 billion yuan; and Vanke ranked third with sales of 101.37 billion yuan. There are 26 enterprises in the second camp (100-50 billion), with an average sales of 21.6 billion yuan.
