On May 27, First Venture and Shenzhen Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Venture Capital”) officially signed a “Strategic Cooperation Agreement” at the investment bank building headquarters. According to the agreement, the two sides will follow the principle of “mutual support, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and common development”, with the goal of establishing a friendly, long-term and strategic business partnership and promoting common business development between the two parties, strengthen information exchange between the two sides, establish a strategic cooperation and communication mechanism, jointly provide full-business chain services for high-quality technology-based enterprises to land on the Beijing Stock Exchange, and deepen cooperation between the two sides in brokerage business, asset custody, fund raising, project recommendation, investment and research.
