Silver Star Energy announced that the company plans to invest 2,196.2 billion yuan to build a 71.992 MWp distributed photovoltaic power generation project on related parties' roofs and vacant lots, and sign energy management contracts with related parties. The project capital accounts for 40%, and the rest is settled through bank loans. The estimated financial internal rate of return after tax is not less than 6.5%. The parties concerned will be responsible for electricity consumption, and both parties will share energy efficiency for a period of 25 years. This related transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring, has been approved by independent directors, and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for consideration. The deal aims to expand new energy projects and enhance the company's performance, without adversely affecting the company's financial situation and operating results.
