According to media reports, in November 2022, Huacan Optoelectronics and BOE announced the signing of a subscription agreement. BOE plans to purchase Huacan Optoelectronics shares for more than 2.08 billion yuan. In June of last year, the fixed increase application was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
