Liu Liehong, director of the National Data Administration, said at the press conference of the State Information Office today that at the end of last year, the National Data Administration issued the “Data Elements ×” Three-Year Action Plan (2024-2026), which aims to increase the efficiency of resource allocation by promoting the application of data in multiple scenarios, innovate new industrial models, and cultivate new momentum for development, thereby doubling the scale and efficiency of the economy, and achieving data availability, circulation, good use and safety. After the document was published, it received widespread attention from the community. In the next step, we will promote related work in three areas: pilot exploration, running a competition, and collecting typical cases. In terms of pilot exploration, we are actively working with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Health and Health Commission and other departments to conduct systematic research on pilot programs in the fields of industrial manufacturing, healthcare, etc. In the next step, we will continue to deepen the research work on the pilot plan with relevant departments and localities, advance a number of pilot projects as soon as possible, promote solutions to the problems faced in the development and use of data elements, such as insufficient supply, poor circulation, and unclear application benefits, and accelerate the development and utilization of data elements.
