On the same day, the company received a notice from the Beijing First Intermediate Court, informing the company that Chaoyang State-owned Company applied to the court for reorganization and pre-restructuring in the name of its creditors. Chaoyang State-owned Company is the company's indirect controlling shareholder and the company's largest creditor.
