Xunjiexing announced that Mr. Ma Zhuo, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, voluntarily promised not to reduce his direct holdings of the company in any way for 6 months from May 13, 2024 (May 13, 2024 to November 12, 2024). During the above commitment period, if capital reserves are transferred to an increase in share capital, distribution of stock dividends, allotment of shares, etc., the commitment not to reduce holdings will also be complied with. If the above entities violate their promises, all of the proceeds from the reduction in their shareholding will be owned by the company.
