Wang Hongzhi, deputy director of the State Council's State-owned Assets Administration Commission, said that in order to promote the development of new quality productivity through more vigorous state-owned enterprise reform, one of the current work priorities is to tackle four aspects, including internal and external systems, assessment incentives, tolerance for failure, and application scenarios. For basic research and forward-looking disruptive research, state-owned state-owned enterprises should establish medium- to long-term assessment and differentiated support systems. Prioritize the increase in total wages for scientific and technological talents who contribute, implement a separate list of the total wages of research teams undertaking major national science and technology projects, and promote the expansion of the pilot reform to empower job scientific and technological achievements as soon as possible.
