This “Happy Home Exchange” campaign encourages real estate development companies and intermediaries to actively participate and sign agreements with buyers planning to sell second-hand commercial housing and buy newly built commercial housing. Real estate development companies set a “cancellation protection period” for a fixed period of time for the new home that the exchangers intend to buy to ensure the rights and interests of the exchangers. Intermediaries, on the other hand, will give priority to promoting old housing transactions for property exchangers, shortening the transaction cycle, and improving transaction efficiency.
