Surveillance by the Shenzhen Real Estate Agents Association shows that the previous week was affected by the Qingming holiday in the previous week. Judging from the 16-week second-hand housing record data, there was no significant decline, reflecting the relative stability of the current second-hand housing market as a whole. According to publicly available second-hand property statistics, on April 22, 2024, a total of 60,435 active second-hand properties were on sale in Shenzhen, an increase of 77 units over the previous week, and the increase in sales volume is slowing down.
