On April 17, 2024, the Haidian court entered the Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Center to conduct a circuit trial to hear the unfair competition dispute between the plaintiff's Food Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff), the defendant's beverage company (hereinafter referred to as Defendant 1), and Defendant's Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Defendant 2). During the trial, under the chairmanship of the full court, the defendants fully expressed their opinions on key issues of dispute, such as whether the plaintiff enjoyed benefits protected by the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, whether the actions being sued constituted unfair competition, and what kind of legal liability the defendant should bear. The full court fully listened to the arguments of the parties, the facts of the case were fully displayed, and the trial was conducted in an efficient and orderly manner. Both parties agreed to conciliate after the trial. If the mediation fails, the case will be adjudicated at an optional date.
