Singapore's prime minister designate, Huang Xuncai, posted a Facebook post on April 19, welcoming Apple CEO Cook. During the talks, the two sides discussed opportunities related to Southeast Asia and the close collaboration between Singapore and Apple. Huang Xuncai said, “Apple's facility park expansion plan in Ang Mao Qiao will provide more new opportunities for local talents, enterprises, and the research and innovation ecosystem. Apple also opened the first Apple Developer Center in Southeast Asia in Singapore to support the region's thriving iOS developers and entrepreneurs. I look forward to our continued collaboration in the future.”
