CITIC Securities announced that it received the “Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty” from the Securities Regulatory Commission. According to section 186 of the Securities Law, CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. confiscated 1,910,680.83 yuan of illegal proceeds, and fined Hong Haowei, Wang Zelong, CITIC China Securities Capital Management Co., Ltd., CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., and Han Yuchen in violation of restrictive regulations. CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. bears 15%, or 18 million yuan. Wang Zelong and CITIC China Securities Capital Management Co., Ltd., CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., Haitong Securities Co., Ltd., and Han Yuchen were fined 120 million yuan for the joint offense of transferring shares in violation of restrictive regulations. Of this, CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. was fined 15%, or 5.25 million yuan.
