The meeting called for treasury at all levels to adhere to the general tone of steady progress in 2024, coordinate party building and operations, coordinate reform and development, coordinate safety and efficiency, coordinate service and supervision, and continue to promote the high-quality development of treasury work. Accelerate the construction of national treasury projects, and promote the construction of systems such as treasury accounting, treasury auxiliary support, treasury information processing, and treasury records management. Deepen the construction of a treasury governed by the rule of law, and continuously improve the treasury's ability to administer according to law. Continue to push for treasury bonds to the countryside. Further improve the quality and efficiency of analysis and research and the accuracy of treasury cash flow forecasting, and effectively play the role of decision-making staff.
