While attending the World Bank/International Monetary Fund Spring Meeting in Washington, China's Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min co-hosted the 4th meeting of the Sino-US Economic Working Group with US Vice Secretary of the Treasury Shang Bo. The two sides had in-depth, pragmatic, and constructive communication on topics such as the global, Sino-US macroeconomic situation and balanced growth, and next communication arrangements around the implementation of the leaders' important consensus. The Chinese side expressed concern over US economic and trade restrictions with China, and further responded to the production capacity issue.
