韩国半导体大厂相继开启氖气回收计划 回收率超70%

According to information from the Korean industry, Korean semiconductor giants Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix are using neon gas recovery technology to achieve sustainable development, reduce costs, and mitigate supply risks. SK Hynix recently announced a collaboration with Korean gas supplier TEMC to achieve a breakthrough in neon gas recovery. Samsung Electronics is following suit and plans to integrate neon gas recovery technology into its manufacturing process in 2025. Neon gas is used to excite lasers in semiconductor lithography. By using a device to collect exhaust gas, SK Hynix and TEMC have achieved a neon gas recovery rate of 72.7% and plan to further increase efficiency to 77%.
