Of these, 2 fixed increase plans were approved by the shareholders' meeting, and implementation of 1 fixed increase plan was suspended. Since this year, 59 companies have announced fixed increase plans, and 10 companies have fixed increase amounts exceeding 1 billion yuan. Specifically, Sinopec, Tuopu Group, and Energy Saving Environment raised the highest amount of additional capital, with total capital raised of 12.0 billion yuan, 3,515 billion yuan, and 3.0 billion yuan respectively.
