For those purchasing newly built commercial housing within the main urban area of Tai'an City, the district government and functional zone management committee where the house is located shall grant a housing purchase subsidy of 50,000 yuan, encouraging development enterprises to give preferential housing purchases according to the same standards. Individuals who purchase newly built commercial housing shall be rewarded by the county (city, district) government and functional zone management committee where the house is located at 0.7% of the purchase price.
