Zhang Qian, general manager of the Shanghai New Internet Exchange Center, said in her speech that as a key national Internet infrastructure in Shanghai, the Shanghai New Internet Exchange Center has built the country's first centralized computing power trading platform by constructing a multi-heterogeneous computing power interconnection and scheduling platform and Spark Chain Network computing power backbone nodes in accordance with various national and Shanghai policy requirements and on the basis of completing an all-optical high-speed computing power private network. After nearly 4 months of construction and trial operation, interconnection work has been carried out with the computing power platforms of 11 organizations including Unicom Cloud, Zhongke Shuguang, Volcano Engine, Uber, Youfu, and Wanguo, and is also being connected with regional computing power platforms in Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province.
