According to the announcement, the plaintiff Oriental Choice (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. requested the court to order the defendant to immediately stop unfair competition, stop using the words “Oriental Selection” in the sale of background cloth, remove the “Oriental Selection” image from the advertisement page, order Guangzhou Ingenuity Mural Company to pay the plaintiff 200,000 yuan for infringement losses, and Shenzhen Alibaba Advertising Co., Ltd. removed the background cloth products sold by Guangzhou Ingenuity Mural Company on its platform.
