(600114) announced on the evening of March 25 that the company's joint venture Ningbo Dongmu Guangtai Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Ningbo Dongmu Guangtai”) signed separate equity transfer agreements with Liu Xiao and others. Ningbo Dongmu Guangtai purchased 10% of Shenzhen Xiaoxiang Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Xiaoxiang Electric Company”) with 10.8 million yuan in cash. On March 25, Shenzhen Xiaoxiang Electric Company obtained a registration notice issued by the Shenzhen Municipal Administration of Market Supervision. The relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures for the share transfer have been completed. So far, Ningbo Dongmu Guangtai's acquisition of 10% of Shenzhen Xiaoxiang Electric Company's shares has been completed. In total, Ningbo Dongmu Guangtai holds 22% of Shenzhen Xiaoxiang Electric Company's shares.
